  • Eco art furnace: It easily maximises energy efficiency while reducing greenhouse emissions. The need for energy during manufacturing is reduced by about 30 per cent through the use of the furnace.
  • Hot charge production: The flexible operation of the heating furnace enables improved fuel efficiency by as much as 80 per cent while reducing greenhouse emissions by 15,000 tCO2eq annually.
  • Bio boiler: This technological innovation brings down greenhouse emissions by 20,000 tCO2eq annually.
• Innovative energy solutions: Reusable and sustainable energy production is another Streamline Carport priority that we implement through:
  • Solar power generation: Our steel factory has a 2.7MW solar system that brings the facility’s pollutants and greenhouse emissions to zero.
  • Regenerative thermal oxidiser: The aim of the oxidiser is to reuse waste heat, hence bringing down the amount of fuel required.
  • An energy storage system: To further minimise overall energy consumption, we have implemented an efficient energy storage system.
• Additional green measures: At Streamlined Carports, all factory lights, have been replaced with LED systems to optimise energy efficiency. Our heat storage heating furnace employs liquified natural gas (LNG) as fuel. LNG produces 40 per cent less CO2 than coal and 30 per cent less CO2 than oil. It is considered one of the cleanest fossil fuels.
